Maria neboli M\u00e1\u0161a, jak j\u00ed v\u0161ichni \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me, se k n\u00e1m p\u0159ipojila v roce 2011 jako rusky mluv\u00edc\u00ed hosteska. Velmi rychle ale uk\u00e1zala svoje organiza\u010dn\u00ed schopnosti, kter\u00e9 ji vynesly do organiz\u00e1torsk\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu, kde m\u00e1 na starosti rusky mluv\u00edc\u00ed t\u00fdmy. Jak pr\u00e1ci vn\u00edm\u00e1 ona a jak\u00e9 byly jej\u00ed za\u010d\u00e1tky? Prosadit se v rusk\u00e9m hokeji jako \u017eena toti\u017e nen\u00ed v\u016fbec lehk\u00e9.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Jak ses dostala na Prague\u2019s Barrel?<\/strong>
\nV roce 2011 jsem dostala doporu\u010den\u00ed od zn\u00e1m\u00e9 na pr\u00e1ci hostesky. M\u011bla jsem nejd\u0159\u00edve sch\u016fzku s Petrem, dote\u010f si to vybavuji. \u0160la jsem do miniaturn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159e ve sklep\u011b b\u00fdval\u00e9ho kulturn\u00edho domu, byla hrozn\u011b zakou\u0159en\u00e1. Petr s\u00e1m pil pivo a zeptal se m\u011b, co bych si dala. Nejd\u0159\u00edve \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, \u017ee jen vodu a on se m\u011b zeptal, jestli nechci v\u00edno, tak jsem si dala. (sm\u00edch)<\/em> Pak byla sch\u016fzka v Kolkovn\u011b i se Sofi\u00ed a tam jsme si vyb\u00edraly t\u00fdmy na nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed hokejov\u00fd turnaj.<\/p>\n

Jak\u00fd byl tv\u016fj prvn\u00ed soudek?<\/strong>
\nM\u011bla jsem t\u00fdm ULHL (Uralsk\u00e1 amat\u00e9rsk\u00e1 hokejov\u00e1 liga). Byli to \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci z r\u016fzn\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f, ani se po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b neznali. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 zku\u0161enost. Byla to pro m\u011b docela v\u00fdzva d\u00e1t ten t\u00fdm trochu dohromady a domluvit se s nimi. Zjistila jsem, \u017ee m\u011b pr\u00e1ce s lidmi hodn\u011b bav\u00ed. Dok\u00e1zala jsem v\u0161e vy\u0159e\u0161it. Pak jsem pokra\u010dovala na fotbalov\u00e9m turnaji a brzy jsem p\u0159e\u0161la mezi organiz\u00e1tory.<\/p>\n

Jak se stalo, \u017ee ses dostala mezi organiz\u00e1tory?<\/strong>
\nP\u0159ede mnou m\u011bl ruskou sekci t\u00fdm\u016f na starost Dimitrij, se kter\u00fdm B\u00e1\u0161a u\u017e nebyl spokojen, a tak se m\u011b zeptal, jestli to nechci p\u0159evz\u00edt. Vid\u011bl ve mn\u011b potenci\u00e1l, v\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee jsem organiza\u010dn\u011b schopn\u00e1. V roce 2012 na hokejov\u00e9m turnaji byla jednomu t\u00fdmu vykradena \u0161atna a j\u00e1 jsem to cel\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161ila na policii, ze sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed iniciativy. Co\u017e m\u011bl vlastn\u011b d\u011blat Dimitrij.<\/p>\n

Je pravda, \u017ee jsem nad tou nab\u00eddkou chv\u00edli v\u00e1hala, nem\u011bla jsem zase takovou zku\u0161enost. Nev\u011bd\u011bla jsem, co obn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed hledat ty t\u00fdmy a jak za\u0159\u00eddit, aby sem p\u0159ijely. Necht\u011bla jsem tak\u00e9 zklamat. Ale nakonec jsem na to k\u00fdvla. No a u\u017e je tomu p\u00e1r let\u2026 (sm\u00edch)<\/em><\/p>\n

Jak\u00e1 pro tebe pr\u00e1ce organiz\u00e1tora je?<\/strong>
\nDala jsem do toho stra\u0161n\u011b moc, na za\u010d\u00e1tku jsem sed\u011bla u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de 18 hodin denn\u011b. Oslovovala jsem t\u00fdmy, d\u011blala reklamu, postovala turnaj do r\u016fzn\u00fdch skupin. Bylo to hodn\u011b administrativn\u00ed, ale vyplatilo se to. V docela kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b se sem t\u00fdmy jen hrnuly. Hodn\u011b se to rozk\u0159iklo. Jela jsem tak\u00e9 do Petrohradu a tam se setk\u00e1vala s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi t\u00fdmy z amat\u00e9rsk\u00e9 petrohradsk\u00e9 ligy. Kdy\u017e se tam \u010dlov\u011bk proslav\u00ed, tak o n\u011bm v\u00ed cel\u00e9 Rusko.<\/p>\n

Bav\u00ed m\u011b asi nejv\u00edc to, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd turnaj nen\u00ed stejn\u00fd. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd t\u00fdm nen\u00ed stejn\u00fd. P\u0159ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm turnajem jsme v o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, nev\u00edme, jak\u00e1 parta t\u00fdm\u016f se zrovna sejde. A moc m\u011b bav\u00ed pr\u00e1ce s lidmi.<\/p>\n

Muselo b\u00fdt asi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 se prosadit n\u011bkde, kde jsou sp\u00ed\u0161e zvykl\u00ed na mu\u017ee v takov\u00e9 pozici?<\/strong>
\nAno, to je pravda. Co zn\u00e1m rusk\u00fd amat\u00e9rsk\u00fd hokej, tak u \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho turnaje nestoj\u00ed \u017eena. Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku se po\u0159\u00e1d kapit\u00e1nov\u00e9 obraceli na Martina a Petra, musela jsem jim uk\u00e1zat, \u017ee j\u00e1 jsem ta, za kterou p\u016fjdou v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b probl\u00e9mu, a nakonec si zvykli.<\/p>\n

Mysl\u00ed\u0161, \u017ee je komunikace s rusk\u00fdmi t\u00fdmy v n\u011b\u010dem jin\u00e1 ne\u017e se zbytkem Evropy?<\/strong>
\nUr\u010dit\u011b ano. Je to \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e1 mentalita. Maj\u00ed hodn\u011b specifick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky. Cht\u011bj\u00ed t\u0159eba lep\u0161\u00ed hotely (v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011btihv\u011bzdi\u010dkov\u00e9), cht\u011bj\u00ed minibusy jen pro sebe, cht\u011bj\u00ed v\u00edce hostesek pro jeden t\u00fdm a n\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u00fdmy jezd\u00ed opravdu jako z\u00e1jezd s cel\u00fdmi rodinami, jezd\u00ed na del\u0161\u00ed pobyt, maj\u00ed tedy noci nav\u00edc.
